Key responsibilities & tasks:

  • To develop account insights on target accounts and their decision makers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing clients
  • Grow current relationships
  • Upselling & Cross Selling into existing clients
  • Attend industry events and network.
  • To follow-up marketing efforts
  • To call, email and use LinkedIn to connect with target decision makers.
  • Qualify opportunities
  • Build an engaged community of senior decision makers
  • Maintain and develop close relationships with customers and a knowledge of their business requirements with a view to selling our products.
  • To improve efficiency and effectiveness of the sales efforts.
  • Completing any additional paperwork and reports as and when required.
  • Account Manage existing clients
  • To help build the company brand.

Key skills required:

  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Track record of hitting targets
  • The full sales cycle
  • A background in B2B sales would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM or similar.
  • Organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise a heavy workload
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Thrive from a challenge and have a can-do attitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Be outgoing and enthusiastic with the drive and passion to succeed.
