Then take a look at the role that we are currently working on… this is a super opportunity for a Customer Support Co-ordinator to join a forward thinking and supportive organisation in Horsham.

The successful candidate will be hard working, comfortable with being on the phone, have good organisational skills, be self-motivated and a team player.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks: 

  • As a Customer Service Specialist, you are responsible for the efficient administration of all of the orders and communication surrounding those orders to internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a complete administrative support service to customers who are both external and internal.
  • Manage the day to day operation of the order book.
  • Ensure orders are delivered on time.
  • End to end order management from data entry through to invoicing
  • Liaison with other departments to get best dates for delivery on products for the customer
  • Credit and debit management
  • Raising SAP quotations
  • Dealing with customer complaints to resolution in a timely manner
  • Cross training within the team
  • Database management – Primarily SAP
  • Proactively look for and implement process improvements

Key Skills:

  • Experience of Customer Service environment
  • Strongly customer focused
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to support all levels of customers both internal and external
  • Able to quickly adapt to differing tasks as the business/workload dictates
  • Proven high levels of accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Proven experience of working to tight deadlines and meeting business demands
  • Team Player
  • Knowledge of business processes
  • Computer literate – MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • SAP experience preferable

Additional Information:

  • Salary £22,000 - £24,000.
  • Pension
  • 25 Days Holiday Plus Public Holidays
  • 08.30 – 17.00
