Customer Support Executive

Key responsibilities & tasks:
- Building strong rapport with customers and suppliers
- Uploading orders onto a specific online system and number porting
- To communicate with clients to arrange dates for installation
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with any enquiries
- Process and confirm orders
- Dealing with discrepancies
- Handling of pricing and stock through email
Skills and Attributes:
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Products
- Organisational skills
- Good standard of literacy in English
- Strong initiative when it comes to problem solving
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Can work well within a team
- £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience
- Free Parking
