Customer Support Specialist

Key responsibilities & tasks:

  • First line support for active customers.
  • Managing customer support queries that will either come in via online support tickets, emails or phone.
  • Making sure that customer support requests are efficiently processed and you are notifying customers of progress.
  • Working closely with the new client accounts team to ensure a smooth transition for customers from trial to active customer.
  • Keeping clients up to date with the latest features and updates.
  • Monitoring system usage and reporting on this.
  • Dealing with Account Management requests.
  • Stick to company service level agreements when responding to customers.
  • Logging all issues on new tickets
  • Be an active team player for the department and company and strive to achieve individual, team and company targets.
  • Reporting and analysing usage.
  • Create, develop and run webinars and encouraging customer involvement and viewings.
  • Be involved in weekly team meetings.

Personal Profile:

  • Confident and friendly telephone manner.
  • Tech-savvy; confident with technology and an excellent understanding of the internet.
  • Logical thinker – loves problem solving.
  • Attention to detail; accurate correct logging of support tickets.
  • Excellent organisational skills – ability to prioritise support tickets and tasks.
  • Outstanding customer service skills; providing top notch support to customers on the phone and via emails.
  • The ability to working under pressure and multi-task
