Marketing & Admin Assistant

Then take a look at the 15 month Fixed Term Contract role that we are currently working on… this is a super opportunity for a Marketing & Admin Assistant to join a forward thinking and supportive organisation.
Due to the location of the office you must have access to your own transport.
The successful candidate will be hard working, confidential, forward thinking, used to working in a pressurised environment, be able to carry out a variety of digital marketing tasks, have excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated and a team player.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Supporting the Office Manager
- Reception Duties
- Digital Marketing - Creating content and managing the social media
- Meeting set deadlines
- Facilities Management
- Sales Support
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- PA duties
- Dealing with initial enquiries from customers
- Diary Management
- Booking travel
- General Office Duties
- Digital Marketing Knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Confident user of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Team Player
- Eager to learn
- Someone that can hold the reins
- Used to working under pressure
- Previous experience of working in a technical environment is desirable
