Our client based in Slinfold are looking for an Office Administrator / Office Assistant to join their small friendly team.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator who has experience of Microsoft Office, has an excellent telephone manner, organisational and communication skills, coupled with a strong work ethic!
If you’re well presented, proactive and possess good interpersonal skills, previous experience of diary management and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels then we want to hear from you.
As this is working for a SME organisation you must be confident with working on your own initiative.
Duties will include:
- Executive Assistant duties
- Diary Management
- Facilities Management
- Arranging meetings
- Booking travel arrangements in the UK and overseas
- Reception duties
- Providing administration support for the Director
- Credit Control
- Creating invoices
- Typing up notes from meetings.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident when working with Senior Management teams
- Overly organised
- Attention to detail
- Diary Management
- The ability to prioritise own workload
- Happy with lone working
- £18,000 - £23,000
- Free Parking
- Due to the location you must have access to your own vehicle
