Research Assistant (Mammalian Cell Culture)

The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Research Assistant to join an exciting and growing biotechnology company. The successful candidate will play a key role in the continuous advancement of the immune-oncology platform. A lab-based, hands on role, the role will be focused on executing immune cell assays, utilising a range of cellular and molecular biology techniques.

Experience/ Qualifications

-Strong practical experience with mammalian cell culture (using in-vitro cell based assays) essential

- ELISA experience essential, flow cytometry experience preferable

- Good molecular biology experience (DNA manipulation, cloning, primer design, sequence alignment)

- Experience with human cells beneficial

- Immunoassay execution design (T cell culture, isolation and simulation) would be beneficial

-Brilliant communication skills and capacity to work in a team
