Technical Customer Service Advisor

Key responsibilities & tasks:

  • Working within the internal Sales office
  •  Understanding of design and application on a range of products
  • Answering calls and dealing with any technical enquiries
  • Investigations of any equipment failures or problems on site
  • Arrangement of contactors to attend site issues
  •  Dealing with product return authorisations

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and understand new products
  • Technically minded
  • Good accuracy
  • Strong initiative when it comes to problem solving 
  • Can work well within a team
