Customer Care Administrator

Outskirts of Horsham 19K - 21K Permanent

Key responsibilities & tasks:

  • Making sure that customer requests are efficiently processed Answer phones, redirect calls, take orders and up-sell 
  • Document and process customer returns & refunds
  • Answer Internal/External Customer emails daily basis 
  • Add orders onto database 
  • Assist with mailshots 
  • Assist the marketing & sales team as and when required
  • Email Export invoices for payment and collection
  • Respond to customer reviews
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and fellow employees
  • Keep office and communal areas clean and tidy
  • Undertake any other duties as requested

Personal Profile:

  • Confident and friendly telephone manner.
  • Logical thinker – loves problem solving.
  • Attention to detail; accurate correct logging orders
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills; providing top notch support to customers on the phone and via emails.
  • The ability to working under pressure and multi-task


  • £19,000-£21,000
