About the role

My client are looking to expand their management team and are searching for an experienced Product Management professional to join their senior management team on a permanent basis.

The role is ideal for someone who has strong demonstrable experience in a senior product management role and is able to strategise and oversee product development and commercialisation. Candidates with minimum 5 years’ + experience would be ideal.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage delivery of product management strategy
• Manage product roadmap and assess financial performance of products
• Develop and manage product marketing plans
• Line management of the product management team
• Identify/ evaluate new potential products
• To maintain excellent work relationships and train other staff when necessary

Key competencies and experience

• Previous experience working in a senior Product Management role is essential!
• Neonatal knowledge is essential to all applicants!
• Applicants must have a healthcare OR medical device background
• Knowledge of clinical stage as well as product applications
• Strong understanding of QA and healthcare regulations in UK and international markets
• Ability to work in a fast paced team driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
