Our client is continuing to grow across all global sites currently, including the UK and are at an extremely exciting period that is likely to see an expansion in operations across all areas.

The position

This will be a crucial position is managing the internal QMS (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 18001) and will also support the wider FSSC 2200 (or ISO2200) system management.

As well as oversight and management of the quality systems, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.

This position will have important responsibilities in communicating quality issues across the business in the UK and US.

Experience

• Scientific degree or equivalent (or experience in a scientific manufacturing / laboratory setting)
• Must have experience in ISO9001 (any additional experience in quality systems or standards would be beneficial)
• Experience in conducting internal and external/3rd party audits
• Any knowledge of ISO2200/FSSC2200 would be advantageous
• Any previous experience or knowledge of biosciences would be a strong advantage
• Must be a great communicator and have the ability to work proactively and independently
