We're on the hunt for a dedicated Sales Support Assistant to join a thriving Medical Device Manufacturer! This pivotal role bridges the UK and Export teams, shaping the daily ebb and flow of the sales order processes directly under the Sales Administration Team Leader's wing. 🌐

Your day-to-day will be a buzz of activity - processing sales orders with a keen eye for detail, administrating specialised ordering systems like NHS Supply Chain, and creating proforma invoices. You'll be the maestro of meticulousness, updating invoices, compiling paperwork, and ensuring international shipments are good to go. 📦✍

Communication is key as you'll be the first point of contact for all telephone enquires, so a great telephone manner is a must, and you will also be welcoming visitors to the offices s. 📞✨

You'll also keep customer accounts pristine on the ERP system, consistently monitoring order progression and partnering with the warehouse team to guarantee every order is fulfilled to perfection. Every interaction, every task, you'll be driving satisfaction sky-high. 🚀
