Our Temporaries division is the largest division in the local area providing flexible labour solutions across the board. We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation and high standards. This division consists of temporary and contract positions, full time, part time and ad hoc hours to suit.
Our clients are mostly Sussex based SMEs and national corporate clients with bases in the Sussex area and represent a cross section of commerce and industry.

We meet and interview all of our candidates. No temporary worker will be sent out without first having had a face to face interview with one of our consultants. As part of the registration process all candidates are referenced, ID checked and tested to ensure they have the relevant skills required by our clients. We thoroughly check each candidate’s original eligibility documents, and ensure that they are legally entitled to work within the UK to guarantee we are sourcing the best candidates for the role.
Harris Lord work very closely with our clients most of whom we have long established relationships. We are always ready to provide exceptional UK compliant personnel. Our consultants in most cases have been on site and seen the role expected of the temporary worker so understand the client’s requirements and what is expected of the temporary worker. This ensures we have a full understanding and therefore match to our clients requirements perfectly.
We offer bespoke solutions for companies to save time in the recruitment process and can offer on site testing such as manual handling to save time for our clients when the candidate starts.
