Hours: The post is 21 hours per week although they can be flexible with regards to the hours and the working pattern is also flexible (Office hours are 08:00 until 18:00)
We have a really exciting opportunity to work for one of our prestigious clients based in Henfield.
To maximise the productivity of the office by providing confidential and professional support to the Executive Officers and Senior Management Team.
Provide administrative support for the office and where required external agencies.
Maintain administrative systems.
Assist in the organisation and management of diaries including meetings, events, travel itineraries and associated bookings.
Organise, facilitate and attend various meetings including taking notes and producing minutes - Some attendance at weekend and evening meetings will be required.
Manage and process mail, email correspondence and telephone calls as required.
Produce documents, statistical information, briefing papers, minutes and presentations to a high standard and assist with follow up actions as required.
Undertake research and miscellaneous project work as and when required.
Assist with the management and maintenance of an effective computer based systems.
Assist with the procurement of goods and services
Provide cover and back-up administrative support to the Operations Admin Officer as required.
