We are currently recruiting for a fantastic entry-level Office Administrator opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team based just outside Horsham. Due to the location, you must be a driver with your own transport.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their administrative career within a busy office environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and managing all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Taking accurate messages and passing them on to the relevant team members
  • Inputting invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Receiving deliveries, checking goods in and liaising with suppliers where required
  • Ordering office stationery and supplies
  • Organising refreshments and ensuring the office is well stocked
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Be well organised with good attention to detail
  • Be comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Have a proactive and positive approach to work
  • Be reliable, punctual, and keen to learn
