Cleaners

We are currently recruiting for Domestic / Cleaning Operatives to join a large, well-established site based on the outskirts of Horsham.

These are immediate start positions with long-term potential and the opportunity to move into permanent roles.

🧹 The Role:

• Cleaning classrooms, communal areas, offices and facilities
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene in washrooms and shared spaces
• Vacuuming, mopping and machine cleaning floors
• Cleaning kitchens, surfaces, glass and general areas
• Supporting with additional duties such as laundry and general site support when required

This is a varied, hands-on role working across a large site, so no two days are the same.

🕒 Hours & Flexibility:

• Full-time – 35 hours per week
• Flexible start times available, for example:
  • 6:30am – 3:00pm
  • 7:00am – 3:30pm
  • 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Some weekend work may be required (typically every other weekend)
• You will receive two days off in lieu the following week

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping or domestic experience preferred
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• Physically able role (walking, lifting, moving equipment)
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or in a team

🔒 DBS Requirement (Important):

Due to the environment, an Enhanced DBS check is required.

👉 We welcome applicants who already hold an Enhanced DBS
