Customer Support Coordinator

Horsham 25K - 35K Permanent

Then take a look at the role that we are working on for our client based on the outskirts of Horsham for a Customer Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all queries from customers either on the phone or via email.
  • Working closely with the database to ensure everything is logged.
  • Identifying new customer opportunities
  • Booking appointments for the sales team to attend with new clients
  • Dealing with customer issues and complaints.
  • Carrying out courtesy calls to build and maintain customer relations.
  • Arranging replacement stock for any faulty or broken items.
  • Raising delivery notes.
  • Informing customers of delays on products
  • Arranging for any additional stock to be sent out at a customer’s request.
  • Input all new contracts into the database.
  • To create and maintain strong working relationships with existing customers enabling customer retention and referrals.
  • Forth coming with creative ideas
  • Helping clients minimise problems and issues
