Facilities and Office Manager

Crawley 30K Permanent

We are looking for an Office and Service Manager for our client in Crawley. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team and has huge potential.

The Office and Administrative Service Manager role will provide a comprehensive range of support services contributing to the effective running of the site. This includes the business-critical function of ensuring highly accurate inventory records maintained. You will be the central point of coordination, taking responsibility and ownership of tasks and delivering a helpful support service.

Key responsibilities & tasks:

Office

  • Reception duties such as meeting & greeting all visitors, organising meeting rooms and ensuring all visitors have signed in and out correctly
  • The first point of contact to manage any IT related issues through to resolution. This includes liaising with the external IT online support, for IT and telephone equipment
  • Responsible for the petty cash float and office credit card including producing monthly reconciliation.
  • Organising facility repairs

Building maintenance coordination

  • Day-to-day Coordination of external contractors of any facilities maintenance suppliers/contractors, or internal facilities team member.
  • This includes but isn’t limited to - Learning about site equipment enough to be able to fulfil duties escorting contractors and signing off paperwork if work is done sufficiently.
  • Arranging for engineers to attend site for maintenance repairs
  • Coordinate any necessary liaison with Fire alarm and intruder & CCTV system contractors.
  • Ensure reporting of any issues with the suppliers to the Facilities team including producing concise and accurate written reports of incidents, faults or repeated issues
