Office & Operations Coordinator

Horsham 30K - 40K Permanent

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)

Are you a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping multiple tasks on track? We’re looking for an experienced administrator or coordinator to join a busy and friendly Horsham-based team.

This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues and being at the centre of day-to-day operations. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several ongoing priorities efficiently. You’ll play a key part in ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming service or maintenance requests and coordinate follow-up actions
  • Source and liaise with external suppliers or contractors
  • Obtain approvals and issue work orders
  • Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Process and approve invoices
  • Keep company databases and records fully up to date
  • Schedule routine checks and compliance renewals
  • Produce regular reports for management
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues during busy periods
  • Participate in a Saturday morning rota (every 4th Saturday, with time off in lieu)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills – you’ll be liaising with a range of people daily
  • Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confident with IT systems and databases
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
  • A background in property, facilities, or operations management is beneficial but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence

The Package

  • Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch)
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:30 am – 1 pm (½ day off in lieu)
