Temp to Perm Opportunity & Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative role for a well-established manufacturing business based in Horsham. These are excellent opportunities for reliable, proactive individuals looking to join a busy and supportive team. No prior experience is required—just the right attitude and willingness to learn!

Available Shift & Pay Rate:

AM Shift

• Hours: Monday – Friday - 6.30 - 14.30

• Pay: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.65 after 12 weeks)

What You'll Be Doing:

SMT team initially testing product. Longer term if skills compatible we will train out

Loading correct programs on the equipment for the specific jobs
Following Standard Operating procedures
Working to standard build time
A good eye for completing visual inspection

What We're Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and apply yourself

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
