AM Shift - shift 7am-15.30pm

About the Role

We’re looking for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same – you’ll support across different areas of production to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standards, from raw materials through to finished goods, contributing to quality, efficiency, and team success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating and maintaining a range of machinery and workstations
• Assembling products using technical drawings and work instructions
• Supporting different production areas as required
• Carrying out quality checks and reporting any issues
• Keeping workspaces clean, organised, and safe
• Following all Health & Safety procedures
• Supporting team members and sharing knowledge
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating machinery (CNC or similar)
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Physically fit – this is an active, hands-on role

Desirable:

• Woodworking or carpentry experience
• Background in a fast-paced production or factory setting
