Production Operatives – Night

Temp to Perm Opportunity & Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a well-established manufacturing business based in Horsham. These are excellent opportunities for reliable, proactive individuals looking to join a busy and supportive team. No prior experience is required—just the right attitude and willingness to learn!

Available Shift & Pay Rate:

Night Shift

• Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 22:00 – 05:00

• Pay: £12.21 per hour (rising after 12 weeks)

• Additional: 25% shift allowance = £15.26 ph

What You'll Be Doing:

Night Shift – SMT Team

You’ll start by testing electronic products. If suitable, further training will be provided to expand your skills within the team.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and apply yourself

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
