Production Operatives – Night & PM Shifts Available

Temp to Perm Opportunity & Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for two Production Operative roles within a well-established manufacturing business based in Horsham. These are excellent opportunities for reliable, proactive individuals looking to join a busy and supportive team. No prior experience is required—just the right attitude and willingness to learn!

Available Shifts & Pay Rates:

Night Shift

• Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 22:00 – 05:00

• Pay: £12.21 per hour (rising after 12 weeks)

• Additional: 25% shift allowance = £15.26 ph

PM Shift

• Hours: Monday – Thursday, 14:00 – 22:00 | Friday, 13:00 – 21:00

• Pay: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.65 after 12 weeks)

What You'll Be Doing:

Night Shift – SMT Team

You’ll start by testing electronic products. If suitable, further training will be provided to expand your skills within the team.

PM Shift – Final Assembly Team
Your tasks may include building, packing, cutting PCBs, testing, or programming products depending on business needs and your capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and apply yourself

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
