Location: Work from home (occasional travel to Soho, London)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time

We’re recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to support a growing consumer brand. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via email

• Managing refunds and exchanges

• Updating customer records using Excel or spreadsheets

• Supporting with order processing when required

What we’re looking for:

• Previous customer service experience

• Good written communication and attention to detail

• Basic Excel or spreadsheet skills

• E-commerce or Shopify experience is beneficial but not essential
