Production Operative - Night shift

Location: Horsham
Shift Pattern: Sunday – Thursday, 22:00 – 06:00 (20-minute paid break & 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Pay Rate: £15.26 per hour (rising to £15.81 after 12 weeks on site)
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

Are you reliable, hands-on, and enjoy practical work in a team environment? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production team in Horsham.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous machine or production experience (SMT a bonus but not essential!)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow clear instructions
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
• A genuine desire to learn and develop long-term
